WBX-400 is an automatic lamination line in order to apply water-based adhesive evenly onto the layers of foam. With the integrated auto-merge system, it can automatically and precisely assemble the foam layers on top of each other. WBX-400 can assemble up to 150 queen mattresses with 3 layers within one hour.

Advanced glue amount control system makes you apply right amount of glue onto each mattress component. By keeping the glue amount consistent and correct level. WBX-400 avoids glue waste, excessive drying time and hard cleaning process. WBX-400 comes with standard multiple material height measuring system in order to provide high consistency for different forms and colors of layers. Advanced motion control and material detection system makes WBX-400 able to follow the contour of the foam for curved surface lamination.

WBX-400 can assemble up to 150 queen mattresses with 3 layers within one hour.

Add-on infrared heater (ET-IDC-H) is integrated on WBX-400 in order to cure the adhesive right after roll coating results in minimizing curing time and labor cost.
