R-PRO Series is the fastest mattress glue line in the market. It is used for high capacity mattress and box spring productions. 

Unlike regular glue machines, it automatically centers the layer before gluing operation and applies glue on the material more quickly by reducing the travel time of perimeter glue heads. Feeding the material centered not only increase the gluing speed, but also increase the assembling efficiency. Operators can reach all over the material much more easily thanks to equal distance to left and right sides of the assembly table.
