WBX-300 is an automated lamination line in order to apply onecomponent water-based adhesive evenly onto the layers of foam. Advanced glue amount control system makes you apply right amount of glue onto each mattress component. By keeping the glue amount consistent and correct level, WBX-300 avoids glue waste, excessive drying time and hard cleaning process.
WBX-300 comes with standard multiple material height measuring systems in order to provide high consistency for different forms and colors of layers. Advanced motion control and material detection system makes WBX-300 able to follow the contour of the foam for curved profile surface lamination.
In-line heavy duty compression system (ET-HLPR-S) provides the simultaneous activation of glue and perfect lamination.
Add-on infrared heater (ET-IDC) is integrated on WBX-300 in order to cure the adhesive right after roll coating results in minimizing curing time and labor cost.
